I was married for 24 years, divorced 7. Dated a few great ladies and haven’t had a lick of luck in awhile. But stating men have it easier isn’t always the case. Seems women are angry, maybe not always, or fearful? Smart phones and way to many creeps and bad guys out there?
I have no children and my husband has gone off with a very younger model after I dedicated my life to him for 25 years. Would love to contact you if you are still single. Look for men’s groups to join in your area, or be bold and start one.

I am getting so tired of trying, and so tired of being hurt. When I love someone I give everything…..and it is becoming too much to deal with the rejection anymore. Heck….I am not perfect by any means, but I am honest and respectful, and I try to be a good person…putting others first, often before myself. I am funny, attractive, and intelligent. You would think this would be enough for any man….but so far no takers. On Dec 31st, came in early from deer hunting to check on her.

I really don’t get this obsession with appearance. To me, appearance is way down the list of things I am looking for in a woman. I tend to not approach the top 10% of women in looks, the ones with the perfect body, the perfect wardrobe and the perfect makeup because they tend to be high maintenance women. Now I am 47, I just ended a relationship with a man who is 50 because he was texting and calling another woman and leading her on as though we were not going out. I have been with this man for three years.
And I do make it easy for them by being open and honest with no games. I thought men would appreciate this. I am trying very hard to understand men and give them the respect they want, but it is a very difficult situation, especially when they can’t afford me the same courtesy. I’m a simple hard working woman who appreciates a hard working man, that doesn’t need the glam to be happy.
Do you teach classes on how to age with dignity? Hi Olivia, You didn’t say if you’ve already talked about this with him. If you haven’t, it’s time to ask him. Keep it simple like, “When will you introduce me to your family?
Most sites I’ve seen allow people to choose a distance range so that individuals are catered for, not just lumped into all over 55s. Most people don’t have the same needs or interests that they had at 55 when they are in their 60s or 70s except perhaps for wishful thinking. It is difficult to tell people’s ages from their photos or profiles and I believe at least prefereces for age groups and distance should be included.

When I was a kid there was an 8 party landline phone either on the wall or on the desk. On a farm we were limited to a maximum of 2 phones. We had a small dairy so we needed a second phone in the barn.
I am sorry for how you’ve been treated. I too was cheated on, by more than one man. I can relate to the pain and https://hookupranker.com/xmeets-review/ betrayal, especially when you’re married. And yes, there often is a substantial loss of friends after a divorce.

I am not a bar fly, and the dating sites are a joke. I am losing hope that I can find a loving, meaningful, intimate relationship again in my lifetime. The men I have dealt with can’t handle an emotionally intelligent, intellectual, affectionate woman like me. I want it all, and I am not talking about money. Just finding a man my age I can connect with on various levels who wants a supportive, loyal, loving woman by his side to enjoy life has been impossible.
I may have stood out, for that reason. He came up to me and said “you look like you are in distress”. I said that I had had a hectic day, and wanted to get out of the house and have a nice glass of wine. Our conversation continued, and he ended up inviting me to sit down for dinner. This was March 1st and we have seen each other every day since then. We are already talking about marriage this next spring.
